Varying Friday Nights at the Belvedere Community Center

Grades: 6 though 8

Two Fridays per month (see the dates below) the Belvedere Community Center will turn into The Zone where you can hang out with friends and have some fun.

Video Games
It’s always more fun to play video games with others then by yourself. Game consoles will be available for your gaming pleasure. We have PS3, XBox and Wii. We have games for all the systems, but you may bring your own games as well.

The Chill Room
If you want to just get away from it all and relax in a quiet area then “The Chill Room” is your place. This is a separate room in the Belvedere Community Center where you can read, listen to your iPod or play on your laptop.

Ping Pong
If you enjoy table tennis then we have you covered.

Movies
One TV will be set up for age-appropriate movies so you can sit or lie down and view a new release or classic comedy with your friends.

Board Games
Get together with friends to play Pictionary, Connect 4, and more.

Snack Bar
What’s a teen center without a snack bar?

Special Activities and Events
Occasionally we will have special activities and parties. For example, at the Halloween Party we’ll have games, dancing and Halloween treats.

Fee: $5 Drop In (pay at the door)
Time: 7:00-9:00pm

The Zone will be open on the following Fridays:

Dates are subject to change.
Participants cannot stay or play in the park afterwards as the Belvedere park is closed at dusk.
