Give your tiny dancer a comfortable introduction to ballet and The Studio Ballet Program this summer. Ballet is a highly technical form of dance with its own vocabulary, and your child’s first ballet class can be an intimidating experience. Our summer ballet program will focus on introducing your child to ballet in a fun, positive environment, so they will grow to love the beauty of ballet.

FIRST STEPS
Age 3
This class introduces your tiny dancer to creative movement and expression. Your child will develop coordination, large motor skills and rhythm.

PRE-BALLET 101
Age 3
Gives children a love of dance and movement and a strong foundation for entry into ballet and other dance arts. Previous dance class experience is strongly suggested.

PRE-BALLET 102
Age 4
Introduces the fundamentals of ballet while still keeping the element of fun, creative dance. The Pre-Ballet Summer Program will conclude with an informal, in-class demonstration the last week of classes for family and friends.

LOCATION
All the ballet classes will take place at The Studio, Belvedere Communtiy Center

DRESS CODE
Pink leotard, tights and ballet shoes are required for all ballet classes.
