We can’t avoid aging, but we can make conscious choices about how we live. Join a small group of men and women, and facilitators, to talk about things that really matter at this stage of life. Each meeting begins with a topic, followed by a discussion. Examples are: surprises at this age, important connections, change and loss, our truths and wisdom.

Agesong Marin, an all-volunteer program at Family Service Agency of Marin, was started in 2005. Our facilitators are seniors who are well-trained and experienced in leading groups.  www.agesongmarin.org
