Community Swap Meet

It’s time for some spring cleaning, Belvedere-Tiburon Community Recreation will be hosting a community Swap Meet. Clean out your garage, attic or basement and sell your used clothing, books, toys, furniture, and more. This is also a great opportunity to sell homemade products - crafts, gift items, etc. There are some restrictions to what can be sold at the swap meet - we do not allow raffles, ticket sales, food sales, or commercial (new/resell) wares unless authorized ahead of time.
Each booth space costs $25 for residents and $30 for non-residents. Vendors can bring tables and chairs but everything must fit within a space the size of a parking spot. We will also have tables and chairs for rent with advanced reservations.
Pre-registration is required. Registration will open on March 4th.
