The Kick’n Country Girls, a Northern California Line Dance Team, will be teaching a series of the most popular, fun line dances. Each Tuesday evening will start at 7:00 -7:45p.m. beginner class being taught. Then from 7:45-8:30 an  intermediate class will be taught.

Flamenco dance (baile) is a highly-expressive, Spanish dance form. The flamenco is a solo dance characterized by hand clapping, percussive footwork, and intricate hand, arm and body movements. With roots in Indian, Arabic, Spanish cultures, flamenco dance is known for its sweeping arm movements and rhythmic feet stomping. This is an exciting, dramatic and energy-packed class.

Rana Kangas-Kent, is a professional singer, dancer and actress who performs in theatre and film. She was Alma Hix in    this year’s Mountain Play, “The Music Man”. Rana grew up in Marin and is very happy to be able to teach the beautiful art of singing right here in her home County.
