Every vegetarian meal we create helps to slow climate change, is great for the environment and terrific for our health. What are you waiting for? Patti Breitman will be teaching simple, scrumptious winter salads, soups and dinner recipes that are delightful and satisfying. Learn how to prepare a meal without recipes, to find good recipes and good cookbooks, and to understand the basics of health promoting food choices. This class provides hearty samples, not a full meal.
Patti Breitman is the co-author of How to Eat Like a Vegetarian,Even If You Never Want To Be One and How to Say No Without Feeling Guilty. She is the founder and director of the Marin Vegetarian Education Group and a former food columnist for VegNews magazine. She has been a vegetarian since 1985.
