Mad Scientists

Would your child like to be a scientist for a day? In each class, your child will get a chance to experience the day in the life of an archaeologist, paleontologist, entomologist and more! Through stories, art and science projects your child will learn everything there is to know about scientists!

NEW! Half Pint Skillastics

It is never too young to instill the habit of exercise! Skillastics introduces pre-schoolers (ages 3-5) to a variety of movement skills while encouraging creativity and imagination in a non-competitive but active environment. The Skillastics program promotes color, number and shape recognition while participating in fi tness activities and drills. Skillastics follows the National Association for Sport and Physical Education (NASPE) Physical Guidelines for Preschoolers.

Toys R Us

Isn’t it fun to make your own toys? In this class, your preschooler will put together and decorate crowns, puppets, airplanes and more! They’ll be able to play with their toys in class, then take them home.

NEW! Good Earth Art

In this class, your child will make some beautiful crafts using items from nature and recycled products. We’ll make a wreath out of dried leaves, bead necklaces made out of clay, and a telescope made out of a paper-towel roll and more!

Tumbling Tots Playground
Ages 0-3

Are you looking for a fun, safe place for your toddler to exercise and socialize? At the Belvedere Community Center, we have a play room with mats, a tunnel, a balance beam, a trampoline and other tumbling/active play equipment. Parents can enjoy a hot cup of coffee or tea in the “adult area” while watching their children play and explore with their friends. Please note: Parents must remain with their children at the playgroup.

Tot Mommy & Me Music

Ages: Newborn to 4 Years Old

Participate with your child in a developmentally based music program that fosters each child’s emerging musical sense. There will be wonderful sounds, interesting movements and dance, great instruments to play, wonderful songs to sing and silly things to laugh at. Join us as we introduce your child to the basics of rhythm, pitch, melody and the experience of music making. Nannies welcome, too!

TaeKwonDo For Tiny Tigers

The Tiny Tigers Program is designed specifically for preschool age children. This program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect and discipline. In addition, the program is designed to improve children’s motor skills and enhance their ability to follow directions. Call 897-4080 for information.

Pee Wee Sports Club

The Pee Wee Sports Club is a non-competitive, recreational environment designed to introduce children to sports. Each session includes warm-up activities, demonstration of age specific skills, progression drills and games to promote fun and appreciation of sports.Due to inclement weather, some class meetings may be cancelled or held indoors if space permits.

Pee Wee T-Ball I

Ages: 3.5-5

Batter up! Make new friends and learn basic skills through age appropriate drills and games. Children will participate in warm-up exercises and games, learn how to run the bases, field and hit the ball while the instructor focuses on teamwork, good sportsmanship and fun.

Pee Wee Soccer I

Ages: 3.5-5

Introductory class designed for children who have little or no experience playing soccer. It encourages large motor development through soccer and introduces your little kicker to play in a group setting. Skills and coordination are learned through age appropriate games. Our staff focuses on teamwork, good sportsmanship and fun.
