Register using the ActiveNet Online Registration System...

Signing up for classes is now easier than ever!

Belvedere-Tiburon Recreation has partnered with the Active Network, Inc. to provide program and event registration. The Active Network has been providing such services for over 20 years, and over 1,200 state and local parks and recreation agencies currently use their products.

To get started, one adult member of the family must request a free online account using a valid email address. Go online today and follow the easy steps that will allow you to keep track of your classes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the comfort of your home or office.

Important Information Regarding Online Registration

1. The ActiveNet service provided through Active.com is an authorized contractor for Belvedere-Tibouron Recreation.

2. For online registration, you must have a valid email address. if you do not have an email address you can open a free Hotmail or Gmail account quickly and easily.

3. For online registration, you must have a valid credit card.  All online registrations are subject to a convenience fee that will appear with the activity fee on your credit card statement as a payment made to Active.com.

4. The ActiveNet registration site is secured by VeriSign.

5. Registrations are subject to a processing fee that will appear on the statement as a payment made to Active.com.
   
   The processing fee is subject as follows:
   Online Registration (credit card)

   Registration Fee	Processing Fee
   1$ - $149.99	6.5% + $0.50
   $150-$499.99	3.5% + $5.00
   $500 and up	2.5% + $10.00
   there is a $2 minimum processing fee

   These fees are collected by ActiveNet to offset the costs of providing the service, and are not collected nor received by Belvedere-Tiburon Recreation. If you wish to avoid paying the convenience fee, you may still register by a paper registration form, and mailed, faxed or dropped off at the Belvedere-Tiburon Recreation office in Tiburon Town Hall.

6. Refund and Transfer Policy:

• Full refund or credit will be given if Belvedere-Tiburon Recreation cancels the program.
• Refunds will be processed less a $25 processing fee plus the cost of the first class, if requested prior to the beginning of the second class. Cotillion and Summer Camps have different refund policies. Please check with the recreation office regarding these programs. 
• No refunds will be issued after the start of the second class. No make-up classes will be offered.
• Transfers from one class to another will be processed for a $15 processing fee per transfer, if requested at least 3 working days before the session begins provided space is still available.
• Registrations are non-transferable to a friend or family member.
• Online processing fees are non-refundable unless Belvedere-Tiburon Recreation has cancelled the class.
